New Scientific Achievement at Anbar University

A lecturer at the Nanomaterials Research Center at the University of Anbar, Ayat Khamis Fatikhan, has published a distinguished scientific paper in the Malaysian Journal of Chemistry (MJChem), which is indexed in Scopus (Q4).

The research investigated the effect of incorporating zirconium oxide (ZrO?) and iron oxide (Fe?O?) nanoparticles into polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) to enhance its mechanical properties.

This publication, conducted in collaboration with a research team from the University of Anbar and Al-Mustansiriya University, reflects the continuous efforts of the university’s academic staff to contribute high-quality applied research to the global scientific community, thereby strengthening the university’s position in international rankings.
