Initial Installation of a Potentiostat at the Nanomaterials Research Center

As part of the University of Anbar’s ongoing efforts to develop its research infrastructure and enhance the scientific capabilities of its research centers, the Nanomaterials Research Center has carried out the initial experimental installation of a Potentiostat device, which is considered one of the advanced laboratory instruments used in electrochemical testing and analysis.

This achievement comes as part of the center’s continuous efforts to keep pace with scientific and technological advancements and to provide an integrated research environment that supports researchers and postgraduate students, as well as enhances the quality of scientific research published in reputable international journals.

The Potentiostat is widely used in studying the electrochemical properties of materials, particularly nanomaterials and advanced materials, thereby opening broad prospects for conducting applied research in line with internationally recognized standards adopted in advanced research laboratories.

The center’s administration emphasized that this installation represents an important step within its strategic plan aimed at developing specialized laboratories and improving research performance, in alignment with the University of Anbar’s vision to achieve academic accreditation and strengthen its scientific standing at both local and international levels.
